The winner of the highest rated group gets league free the following week.

You must text  510-366-5234 or email [email protected] and pay drop-in by Sunday 12:45 PM to participate. Please pay Zelle to 510-366-5234 or Venmo to @Shashin-Shodhan (510-366-5234) with separate text to 510-366-5234 with participant’s name and method of payment. 

All players must also buy a USATT membership before the start of league (Basic membership is $25/year and allows you to play 0-4-star tournaments and leagues and a Pro membership is $75/year and allows you to also play national tournaments). You can buy USATT membership here. Please then text Shashin at 510-366-5234 and tell him your USATT ID number after getting the membership by 12:45 PM Sunday.

Winners of groups are promoted to the next higher group the following month. Otherwise, groups are formed in order of rating with usually 4-6 players per group where everyone plays everyone else in the group in a best 3 out of 5 games singles match to 11 points each game. The winner of Group 1 gets one free league next time.
