The 2019 US Open took place this past week in Fort Worth, Texas with over 700 players from all over the world. FTTA Owner Shashin Shodhan went with one student, Yajat Sharma, who played his first US Open. Team World Cup-2020 Olympics Test Event-China vs Korea
The World Team Cup took place recently in Tokyo, Japan at the same venue as next year’s table-tennis event at the Tokyo Olympics. China won both men’s and women’s team but the men’s team was severely tested by Korea in the men’s team final. The US teams reached the quarterfinals in both men’s team and women’s team and were recognized with Operation Gold awards by the USOPC (US Olympic & Paralympic Committee)….
