Here is the 2017 World Championships Promo coming up this year from May 29-June 5 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Dusseldorf is where many of the top German players like Dimitrij Ovtcharov,

Bastian Steger, and others live and train and has been one of the top clubs in the world for a long time. China will be the heavy favorites to win the Worlds as they usually are. Germany has close to 1 million registered players in their leagues and every town in Germany has a team playing in one of the divisions in their leagues. I have been to Germany once for 3 months in 1995 in Heilbronn (near Stuttgart) and played for a league team and got to practice with a Bundesliga team. It was a great experience. I got to see Dusseldorf play in 1995 as the Bundesliga team I was practicing with played a match against them and soon-to-be World #1 Vladimir Samsonov was an upcoming player at the time playing for Dusseldorf. At the major tournaments that take place in Germany, German fans always come out in full force to watch the matches.
