In the final was 13-year old Tomokazu Harimoto from Japan who just became the youngest ever World Junior Champion so he plays well beyond his years. Harimoto defeated India #1 Sharath Kamal Achanta in the semifinals. He is the youngest ever World Tour Men’s Singles finalist and is one of the best phenoms the world of table-tennis has seen.
