Then Epic Masters shocked again by defeating Horner, which finished first in the regular season, in the playoff semifinals. However, their streak was ended by Team Evergreen in the final. Team Evergreen, led by Tejas Vaze who won both singles and doubles in both playoff matches, won the semis over Middle School Girls (Rhea Ray, Trisha Dharmapuri) and finals over Epic Masters both 4-1.
