Four students will be playing, Pranav Tantravahi, Rishikumar Gopalan, Arnav Khinvasara, and Bhavesh Kumar and I will be doing coaching and playing both.
Pranav and Rishi will play the higher events from U2000 and up. Arnav and Bhavesh will play the lower events from U1000 and up. Pranav and Rishi are also playing together in U4200 Doubles and I am playing U3700 Doubles together with Arnav.
The men’s and women’s singles finals will be broadcast on The Tennis Channel. There are a few former big names such as Poland’s Lucjan Blaszczyk and France’s Damien Eloi who won a silver medal for France at the 1997 World Championships. Both are playing the men’s singles. Korea’s Lee Jung Woo is also playing who has played major tournaments for Korea while winning Worlds medals.
