2021 Butterfly Fremont July Open Tournament

The 2026 Fremont TTA Butterfly August Open closed out the summer with an exciting day of play with trophies, medals, and rating points up for grabs. It took place at the usual tournament venue, the Siliman Center. The next tournament will take place at Fremont Table Tennis Academy tentatively on October 16-18 with the tournament calendar year closed with a 2-person Thanksgiving team tournament again at the Siliman Center. The big winner of this tournament was again Ayaan Mohan who won three 1st places and two 2nd places. Fremont Table Tennis Academy students had its largest ever contingent attending a national tournament at the 2026 US Nationals nearby in San Jose. We had 20+ players for the first time attend the Nationals with some younger players aiming to win but also attending for gaining experience in their promising careers. This Nationals featured a record turnout of 1,150 players!…

The second tournament of 2026 hosted by Fremont Table Tennis Academy, at the Siliman Center, took place this past weekend. The 2026 Fremont TTA Butterfly May Open featured around 100 players battling for top honors in the usual rating, age, or open events. There were many multiple event winners this time around led by Ruoxi Wang who won 1st place in  the Under 1000, Under 1300, and Under 1600, 2nd place in Open Doubles, and 3rd place in Juniors 18 Years and Under.
